our website these services are now offered worldwide.
The following is extracted from the Constitution of The Thamkrabok
Foundation Inc. registered in Perth, Western Australia on the 18th
January 1996.

Objects
"The Objects of the Foundation are, by itself or in concert with
others to advocate, establish, contribute to, endow, promote and
maintain initiatives in whole or in part designed or intended to:
- Provide escorted transportation
to care and treatment services for drug and substance addicts
at the Thamkrabok Monastery in Thailand;
- Provide Care and
Treatment Services for persons suffering from drug addiction;
- Provide Counselling
and Support Services for persons suffering from drug addiction
and their families;
- Preserve and protect the
health of the public, and educate the community in the potential
consequences of drug addiction;
- Collect and raise funds
by any means (including the carrying on of any lawful activity),
solicit donations, gifts, bequests or subscriptions from Members
and from the public and attract and encourage bequests legacies
and all forms of deferred gifts for the promotion of the objects
of the Foundation.
- Do all such things as
are conducive or incidental to the attainment of all or any of
the Objects of The Foundation."
